BAYFLEX® 110-35 IMR

BAYFLEX® 110-35 IMR by Covestro is a two liquid component (diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer and polyether polyol) solid urethane elastomer grade. It contains internal mold release (IMR). Offers flexural modulus, high impact resistance, flexibility even in extremely cold environment and excellent cushioning properties. BAYFLEX® 110-35 IMR is suitable for processing by reaction injection molding (RIM). Possible applications include automotive fascias and window glass encapsulations.
