BAYFLEX® 110-35 IMR (Wollastonite reinforced) by Covestro is a solid urethane elastomer grade, containing internal mold release (IMR) and reinforced with 15% wollastonite. It is comprised of two liquid components: diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer and polyether polyol. Offers high impact resistance, flexibility even in extremely cold environment, flexural modulus and excellent cushioning properties. BAYFLEX® 110-35 IMR (Wollastonite reinforced) is suitable for processing by reaction injection molding (RIM). Possible applications include automotive fascias and window glass encapsulations.
