Ricon® 150D

Ricon® 150D by Cray Valley (Total Group) is a low molecular weight 1,2 polybutadiene rubber grade, dispersed on synthetic calcium silicate. Offers high vinyl functionality, high reactivity, exceptional hydrophobicity and excellent processing characteristics. Provides excellent crosslink density, improved dispersion of fillers & chopped fibers and electrical insulation. Shows compatibility with rubbers, olefins, waxes and saturated & unsaturated elastomers, especially olefinic-based elastomers and thermoplastic elastomers. Ricon® 150D is suitable for processing by extrusion and molding. Used in automotive profiles, elastomers, molded goods, radiator hoses, rolls, polymer modification, rubbers and plastics.
