EPICLON® HP-4032D by DIC Corporation is a distilled naphthalene type, high performance epoxy resin. Exhibits high heat resistance, excellent water resistance, good ductility, excellent toughness and excellent adhesion. It can be used for electrical laminates and aerospace applications. EPICLON® HP-4032D is suitable for potting, molding compounds for semi-conductor, liquid molding compounds, conductive paste, molding materials and composite material applications.
