E-Shell® 204

E-Shell® 204 by EnvisionTEC is an opaque, cocoa colored, biocompatible thermoset photopolymer resin similar to acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) plastic. Shows high toughness, low viscosity, water resistance and high durability. Suitable for processing by 3D printing. Designed to use with a series of 3D printers like Desktop XL, DDSP, Mini DDSP, Perfactory® 3 DSP, Perfactory® 4 DSP and Perfactory® 4 DSP XL. Recommended for hearing aid products, otoplastics, medical devices, RTV patterns, environmental and non-medical applications. E-Shell® 204 is an ISO 10993, Medical Product Law and CE certified grade.
