20-3213 by Epoxies Etc is a low viscosity, one component insulating epoxy resin. It offers excellent dielectric properties. It is free from VOCs (volatile organic compounds). It is designed for electronic, encapsulating, coating and impregnating applications. 20-3213 can also be used as an underfill encapsulant and electronic insulating adhesive. It can be cured at 120°C for 2 hours. Its shelf life is of 6 months at 25°C and of 12 months at 2°C.
