50-3150 by Epoxies Etc is a thermally conductive, flame retarded epoxy resin. It offers excellent heat transfer, low shrinkage and excellent insulation properties. It can be cured at 85 °C for 3-4 hours. 50-3150 is recommended for encapsulating power supplies, transformers, coils, insulators and sensors. It complies with UL 94 V0 flame rating.
