EPOKUKDO YDCN-500-8P by Kukdo Chemical is a multi-functional, medium molecular type epoxy resin. It is derived from o-cresol novolac. It can be cured by polyamine, polyaminoamide, carboxylic functional resin, phenolic resin, phenol novolac resin and anhydride curatives. It provides high crosslinking density, low melting point, high glass transition temperature and excellent adhesion. It also offers water proof characteristics, high heat and chemical resistance. It exhibits excellent physical and electrical properties. It is recommended for processing by compounding. EPOKUKDO YDCN-500-8P is designed for molding compounds for electronics, fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP), laminates, powder coating and printed circuit board (PCB) ink.
