PolyDyne™ 80 by Lehigh Technologies is a cost effective, micronized rubber with fine particle size. Available in the form of free flowing powder. It is a green material made from recycled rubber tires and can easily disperse in many formulations. Provides a smooth surface appearance on finished products and longer fatigue life. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. PolyDyne™ 80 is recommended for OEM & replacement passenger car tires, retreads, truck tires, off-road tires, farm tires, ant-vibration mounts, hoses, seals and gaskets. Also used in EPDM rubbers, natural & nitrile rubber and other rubber polymer products.
