Premi-Glas® 1261-28VE by LyondellBasell is a vinyl ester grade reinforced with glass fiber. It offers high strength, good flow, good thermal stability, reduced harshness, noise and vibration damping. It shows resistance to automotive chemicals, salt spray, acids, corrosion and heat. This grade provides excellent thermal properties and elevated temperature modulus retention. It is processed by compression- and injection molding. Premi-Glas® 1261-28VE is suitable for automotive under the hood and metal replacement applications.
