Premi-Glas® 3406 by LyondellBasell is a flame retardant, halogen-free, unspecified thermoset sheet molding compound reinforced with glass fiber. It provides low flammability, excellent flexural strength good toughness, low smoke emission and low smoke toxicity. It is processed by injection molding. Premi-Glas® 3406 is used for mass transit third rail insulators, semi-structural, electric and electronic applications. It conforms with NYCTA 60-MTA regulation.
