EP110F8-5 by Master Bond is a moderate viscosity two-component high performance epoxy (EP) system for potting, sealing, encapsulating and casting applications. It provides good flow, low shrinkage, enhanced dimensional stability, easy processibility, good toughness and rigidity.

• It exhibits good adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, including metals, composites, glass and many plastics.
• It offers very good electrical insulation and good resistance to thermal cycling as well as impact and vibration.
• It holds up well to exposure to water, oils, fuels and has a long working life at room temperature.
• It has a shelf life of 1 year at 75°F in original unopened containers.
• EP110F8-5 is RoHS complaint and meets NASA low outgassing.
