EP13LTE

EP13LTE by Master Bond is an electrically insulating, thermally conductive, one component, heat curing epoxy for structural bonding and sealing applications. It offers high temperature resistance and low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE). It provides high tensile modulus, compressive strength and superior dimensional stability.

• It shows excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates including metals, glass, composites, ceramics and many plastics.
• It gives unlimited working life at room temperature.
• It exhibits high glass transition temperature (Tg), good resistance to many chemicals and retains superior electrical properties even at elevated temperatures.
• It has a shelf life of 3 to 6 months at 40-50°F in original unopened containers.
• EP13LTE is RoHS complaint and passes NASA low outgassing tests.
