EP17HTDA-2 by Master Bond is a thermally conductive, electrically insulative, one component heat cured epoxy (EP) system with high compressive strength. It is suitable for sealing and die attach applications.

It is not premixed & frozen, bonds well to a wide variety of substrates such as metal, ceramics, plastics and composites.
It offers high glass transition temperature (Tg) and high chemical resistance to water, acids, bases, solvents, fuels, and oils.
It can withstand temperatures used in electronic packaging such as wire bonding.
It has a shelf life of 3 to 6 months at 40-50°F in original syringes.
EP17HTDA-2 is RoHS complaint and passes NASA low outgassing specifications.
