EP17HTS-DA by Master Bond is a silver-filled, one-component epoxy (EP) system. Offers high bond strength and withstands mechanical & thermal shocks. Exhibits high temperature- & low volume resistance and good electrical- & thermal conductivity. Suitable for die attach and microelectronic applications. EP17HTS-DA meets RoHS, NASA low outgassing and MIL-STD-883J for Thermal Stability. It has a shelf life of 3-6 months.
