EP31ND

EP31ND by Master Bond is a non-flow viscosity, two part epoxy (EP) system with exceptional bonding strength properties and non-drip application. It is used mostly for bonding, but is also serviceable for sealing and encapsulation. It has a forgiving mix ratio of 100 to 30 by weight and contains no solvents or diluents.

• It offers versatile cure schedules, convenient handling & processing, low shrinkage upon curing and chemical resistance to water, oils & fuels.
• It exhibits outstanding electrical insulation, stellar lap shear and peel strength properties.
• After polymerizing, EP31ND has toughness and resiliency allowing it to withstand aggressive thermal cycling.
• It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, composites, glass, rubber, ceramics and many plastics.
• It is used in aerospace, electronic, optical, opto-electronic and specialty OEM.
• It has a shelf life of 1 year at 75°F in original unopened container.
