EP3RR-80 by Master Bond is a moderate viscosity, one component epoxy (EP) system for bonding, sealing, potting and encapsulation applications. It provides superior physical strength and exceptional dimensional stability.

• It offers unlimited working life at room temperature, convenient handling, excellent flow and rapid curing.
• It exhibits lower exotherm while curing, electrical insulation, outstanding mechanical strength and thermal conductivity.
• It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including glass, metals, ceramics and most plastics.
• It shows good resistance to water, oils, fuels and many other chemicals.
• It is used in electronic, aerospace, specialty OEM and related applications.
• It has a shelf life of 3 to 6 months at 40-50°F in original, unopened containers.
• EP3RR-80 is RoHS complaint, withstands 1,000 hours 85°C/85% RH, passes fungus resistance MIL-STD-810G and NASA low outgassing specifications.
