EP90FR-V by Master Bond is a flame-retardant, halogen-free, two-component epoxy (EP) system. Offers good electrical insulation, low shrinkage, medium viscosity, good processability, low smoke and high adhesion. Resists many chemicals, such as water, oil, fuel and solvents. Suitable for avionics, interior panels, electronic potting, door frame lining, floor- and door assemblies. It has a shelf life of 6 months. EP90FR-V meets RoHS, FAR 14 CFR 25.853(a), Boeing BSS7238, Rev C for Low Smoke and Boeing BSS7239, Rev A for Low Toxicity.
