LED405FL3 by Master Bond is a one component, electrically insulative, flexibilized LED curable system. It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including plastics, glass and metals. It allows the system to be compatible for bonding materials with different coefficients of thermal expansion.

• Additionally, it can withstand rigorous thermal cycling, mechanical shock and vibration.
• It cures upon exposure to LED light at 405 nm.
• It provides fast cure without any oxygen inhibition and outstanding optical clarity with fluorescent dye.
• It resists many chemicals including mild acids, bases, oils, fuels and water.
• It is used in aerospace, small pottings & encapsulation, optoelectrical, optical and specialty OEM.
• It has a shelf life of 3-6 months at 75°F in original unopened containers.
