UV10TK40M by Master Bond is a one component, UV curable system. It does not contain any solvents and diluents. It has high viscosity and cures fast without oxygen inhibition. Offers good light transmission characteristics, optical clarity, electrical insulation and high glass transition temperature. Exhibits good mechanical properties including dimensional stability, good adhesion and low shrinkage. It resists many chemicals such as acids, bases and solvents. Used in fiber-optic, optical, opto-electronic and electronic applications. It withstands 1000 hours at 85°C/85%RH humidity testing and meets RoHS & NASA Low Outgassing specifications. The shelf life of UV10TK40M is 6 months.
