UV22

UV22 is a nanosilica filled, UV curable, one-component epoxy (EP) system by Master Bond. It is 100% reactive and does not contain any solvents or diluents. It is free-flowing, has low viscosity and offers low shrinkage & good dimensional stability. It is electrically insulating and offers high optical clarity and fast curing benefits. Exhibits good glass transition temperature, low coefficient of thermal expansion and good light transmission properties. Provides oxygen inhibition and abrasion resistance. Also resists many chemicals, such as acids, bases, fuels and solvents. Recommended for aerospace, optical and opto-electronics applications. The shelf life of UV22 is 6 months. Meets RoHS and NASA Low Outgassing and Abrasion Resistance specifications based on ASTM D4060-14.
