UV22DC80-1

UV22DC80-1 by Master Bond is a nanosilica filled, one-component epoxy (EP) system. It has low viscosity and shows no oxygen inhibition. It is crosslinkable and dual care grade with UV and heat curing mechanisms. Exhibits good electrical insulation, fast curing, high optical clarity and abrasion resistance. Offers good physical strength, dimensional stability and low shrinkage. Also resists many chemicals, such as acids, bases, fuels and solvents. Used for aerospace, optical and opto-electronics applications. The shelf life of UV22DC80-1 is 6 months. Meets RoHS and NASA Low Outgassing specifications.
