jER™ YX7700 by Mitsubishi Chemical is a flame retardant, high performance epoxy resin. Exhibits small curing shrinkage, excellent dimensional stability, low water absorption and high mechanical strength. Offers excellent heat-, wear-, chemical-, moisture- and abrasion resistance. Recommended for electromagnetic compatibility applications. Other possible applications of jER™ YX7700 could be paints & coatings, electrical insulation materials, composite material, civil engineering & construction materials, adhesives and tools.
