BISCO® A2 R Fiberglass Reinforced Sound Barrier Areal Density 3.0

BISCO® A2 R Fiberglass Reinforced Sound Barrier Areal Density 3.0 by Rogers Corporation is a silicone rubber. It provides sound absorption and flame resistance with the addition of increased tensile and tear strength obtained from the embedded fiberglass. The temperature stability for this grade is -50°C to 180°C. This grade passes flammability, flame propagation resistance, smoke gas components and smoke density tests. BISCO® A2 R Fiberglass Reinforced Sound Barrier Areal Density 3.0 is used for aircraft acoustic insulation, noise reduction liner for interior panels, aircraft flooring noise barrier and rail interior noise blocker applications.
