KE-552-U

KE-552-U is a heat resistant, electrically-insulating silicone rubber by Shin-Etsu. It contains 1.0 of C-23N curing agent added to 100 parts of compound. It is highly transparent, non-corrosive and inert grade. Exhibits good colorability, releasability, good chemical stability, tear- and tensile strength. Offers thermal- & electrical conductivity, good weatherability, vibration absorption, low loss modulus, gas and vapor permeability. Provides superior cold-, flex fatigue-, radiation-, compression- and oil resistance. Also provides solvent-, moisture-, steam- and chemical resistance. KE-552-U is suitable for processing by compression moldng. Used in microwave oven, window gaskets and tumbelts.
