CYCOM® 985 by Syensqo is a modified, good-flow epoxy (EP) resin. Possesses good tack and drape and an out-time of 2 weeks at room temperature. Exhibits excellent structural performance, good processability and impact resistance. It is co-curable with structural adhesives. Offers excellent hot and wet strength retention. Suitable for outstanding thin-skinned sandwich structures and thick section construction applications. Designed for primary and secondary aircraft structures. CYCOM® 985 has a shelf life of 6 months at -18°C.
