Tecnoflon® FOR 539

Tecnoflon® FOR 539 by Solvay is a low viscosity cure incorporated fluoroelastomer copolymer grade. Exhibits outstanding flow, good mold release, improved scorch safety and faster cycles at a wide range of molding temperatures. It contains a proprietary cure system and a special molecular weight distribution providing superior processability. Tecnoflon® FOR 539 can be processed using injection molding, transfer molding, calendering and extrusion. It can be mixed using typical fluoroelastomers compounding ingredients and mixing can be accomplished with two roll mills or internal mixers. It is recommended for O-rings, gaskets & seals, hoses, profiles and sheet stocks or belting.
