Tecnoflon® P 757

Tecnoflon® P 757 is a medium viscosity, medium fluorine and peroxide curable fluoroelastomer (FKM) terpolymer by Solvay. Exhibits superior chemical resistance, excellent processability, optimum compression set and good flexibility at low temperatures. Offers low post cure, superior mold flow, lack of mold fouling, excellent mold release, good stress relaxation, good metal bonding and good low temperature performance. It can be cross-linked using organic peroxides in conjunction with a co-agent. Tecnoflon® P 757 is suitable for processing by extrusion, calendering, compression, injection molding and transfer molding. It can be combined with the cure system and other typical fluoroelastomer compounding ingredients through two roll mills or internal mixers. It is designed for shaft seals, valve seals, O-rings, gaskets, hoses, profiles, sheet stocks and beltings. Used in automotive and chemical process industries. Meets FDA.
