E 8940SG by Sumitomo Bakelite is an epoxy grade, reinforced with mineral fiber. Offers high quality, exceptional reliability and outstanding moldability. E 8940SG is suitable for processing by compression and transfer molding. Used in encapsulation of electronic devices like passive electronics, RC networks and rectifiers. Meets UL 94 V0 flame rating, ASTM D-5948, RoHS, PFOS and REACH/SVHC.
