SURPREN™ SN121 by Sundow Polymers is a general purpose chloroprene rubber. It is obtained by sulfur modified and chloroprene monomer by emulsion polymerization. Contains talcum as a release agent. Possesses good physical, electrical, mechanical and plastication properties. Exhibits good processability, more mastication & mixing properties, smooth surface and smaller shrinkage. Provides good resistance to oil, heat, fire, chemical reagents, ozone aging and sunlight. Suitable for processing by extrusion. SURPREN™ SN121 is designed for the production of mining conveyor belts, hoses, power transmission belts, seals, wire and cable jackets.
