Tecnoflon® FOR 900HS by Solvay is a medium to high viscosity bisphenol curable fluoroelastomer copolymer grade. Exhibits superior flow, high temperature resistance, excellent mold release and excellent compression set. Offers low post cure temperature, good scorch safety and fast cure rate. It can be curable without calcium hydroxide. Tecnoflon® FOR 900HS can be processed using compression molding, calendering and extrusion. It can be mixed using typical fluoroelastomers compounding ingredients and mixing can be accomplished with two roll mills or internal mixers. It is recommended for O-rings, gaskets & seals, hoses, profiles and sheet stocks or belting.
