EUROPRENE® 1739 by Versalis (Eni Group) is a general purpose, emulsion styrene-butadiene copolymer (ESBR) rubber obtained by cold polymerization using a mixture of rosin acid and fatty acid soaps as emulsifiers. It is a high bound styrene copolymer extended with TDAE oil. It is free from nitrosating agents, pre-formed nitrosamines and nitrosable substances. Exhibits good processability, mechanical properties, good processing behaviour and decrease in wet grip. Shows resistance to abrasion, oil and weather. Recommended tyre tread and outdoor applications. EUROPRENE® 1739 complies with EN ISO 14001, BS OHSAS18001 and EN ISO 9001 regulations.
