INTOL® 1783

INTOL® 1783 by Versalis (Eni Group) is a general purpose, emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber obtained by cold polymerization, using a mixture of rosin acid and fatty acid soaps as emulsifiers. It is free from any nitrosating agent, pre-formed nitrosamines and nitrosable substances. It is a medium bound styrene copolymer extended with RAE oil. Exhibits good processability, mechanical properties, resistance to abrasion, oil- and weather. INTOL® 1783 is recommended for outdoor applications, conveyor belts, hoses, mechanical goods, tyre manufacturing and retreading. Complies with EN ISO 14001, BS OHSAS18001 and EN ISO 9001 regulations.
