EPON™ Resin 1163 by Westlake Epoxy is a low melting solid brominated epoxy resin. It offers good flame resistance. It is used in electrical laminating, casting and molding applications. It is suitable for civil engineering (thin films & high-build), fiber and textile. EPON™ Resin 1163 is designed for aerospace composites, general composites and wind composite applications. It has a shelf life of 5 years.
