EPON™ Resin 3002

EPON™ Resin 3002 by Westlake Epoxy is a low viscosity solid epoxy resin designed for use in electrical encapsulating powders. It is also designed to have better sintering or blocking stability than EPON™ Resin 3001. It displays good reactivity and excellent wet-out of pigments & fillers. This grade contains low hydrolyzable chloride for electrical applications. The shelf life of EPON™ Resin 3002 is 5 years.
