EPON™ Resin 863

EPON™ Resin 863 by Westlake Epoxy is a low viscosity, undiluted, difunctional epoxy resin produced from bisphenol-F (BPF) and epichlorohydrin. It provides good resistance to crystallization. When cross-linked or hardened with appropriate curing agents, very good mechanical, adhesive, chemical and electrical properties are obtained. It can be blended with EPON™ Resin 828 and other epoxy resins. It reacts with a full range of epoxy curatives. The shelf life of EPON™ Resin 863 is 5 years.
