Zetpol® 1010 by Zeon Chemical is a highly saturated copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It offers high tensile strength, good heat resistance and good chemical resistance to aggressive fluids. This high viscosity & FDA complaint grade displays excellent oil resistance and high mechanical properties. It provides high compound green strength. It is ideal for flex fuel, biodiesel, and oil field applications such as packers, blow out preventers, and stators. The shelf life of Zetpol® 1010 is 3 years.
