3M™ Dyneon™ TFM™ Modified PTFE Fine Powder TFM 2033Z by 3M is a high molecular weight second generation PTFE grade produced by emulsion polymerization. Is a fine powder grade for low to medium reduction ratio (RR) range. Is processed by standard paste extrusion method. Possesses good weldability, excellent chemical inertness, high stress-cracking resistance, isotropic mechanical properties in sintered pipes, low friction and high temperature resistance. 3M™ Dyneon™ TFM™ Modified PTFE Fine Powder TFM 2033Z provides lower gas permeability, smooth surface, high transparency, high flame retardance and good electrical properties. Recommended for high-performance pipes for the chemical processing industry with reduction ratios up to 100:1. Meets ASTM D 4895 Type I, Grade 1, Class B classification.
