3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic FEP FLEX6305Z is a fully fluorinated perfluoroethylene propylene (FEP) copolymer containing tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. Is suitable for processing by extrusion and injection molding. Possesses high weathering, high UV and thermal stability, service temperature rating up to 200°C, very low flammability, high limiting oxygen index, high flexibility, smooth surface appearance, high mechanical strength and good stress cracking behavior. Exhibits good non-stick-, excellent dielectric- and excellent flex life properties, low coefficient of friction and good chemical resistance. Used in heavy primary wire insulation and for cable jacketing. Can also be used for thick wall injection molding or the extrusion of films, sheets or tubing.
