4POM® 9I11230 H by 4Plas is a semi-crystalline, heat stabilized polyoxymethylene (POM) grade reinforced with 30 % barium sulphate. It is insoluble in water and exhibits excellent stiffness, excellent hardness, good mechanical strength, very good toughness, excellent abrasion resistance, low friction, low moisture absorption, and good creep & fatigue behavior. Offers high dimensional stability, low warpage, good electrical properties, very good chemical resistance, very good surface finish, good flow and good processing properties. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. 4POM® 9I11230 H meets UL 94 HB flame rating.
