4MID® 9I15120 by 4Plas is a semi-crystalline, lubricated polyoxymethylene (POM) grade reinforced with 20 % polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It is insoluble in water and exhibits excellent stiffness, excellent hardness, good mechanical strength, very good toughness, excellent abrasion resistance, low friction, low moisture absorption, and good creep & fatigue behavior. Offers high dimensional stability, low warpage, good electrical properties, very good chemical resistance, very good surface finish, good flow and good processing properties. 4MID® 9I15120 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Meets UL 94 HB flame rating.
