ATX-644 by Advanced Composites (Mitsui Chemicals) is scratch resistant, impact modified polypropylene (PP) grade, filled with talc. It is designed for injection molding applications. During processing of ATX-644, screw should stop 1 to 2 seconds before mold open. Lower RPM of screw is preferred for mixing and uniform melt temperature.
