PTS PBT-101G0

PTS PBT-101G0 by Amco Polymers is a highly crystalline polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin. Exhibits excellent wear resistance at low temperatures (less than 130°F) and chemical resistance to most organic solvents. Possesses excellent processability, low polarity, low water absorption and good physical properties. Can be processed by injection molding. Suitable for use in the manufacture of typewriter and keyboard buttons. The graphic for a particular button can be died onto the button by a process called sublimation printing. Other applications include gears, cams, & bushings, electrical bobbins, rotors, connectors & relays, pump housings and impellers, auto distributors and starters and automotive headlight brackets.
