APSOplast® PE-HMW by Angst+Pfister is a high molecular weight polyethylene [HMWPE] food-grade available in natural, red-brown & other colors. Exhibits medium impact- and wear resistance. Possesses medium suitability for sliding functions, high hardness and high dimensional stability. Can be processed by injection molding and extrusion. Possible applications of APSOplast® PE-HMW include bearings for wind turbines, industrial components for the wind power industry, solar power, agricultural and construction machines and railway.
