HiDura™ MED AI1 NT0861

HiDura™ MED AI1 NT0861 by Ascend Performance Materials is an impact-modified, bromine-free, halogen-free polyamide 66 (PA 66) resin. Provides good processability, good surface finish, excellent impact strength even at low temperatures and can be easily colored.
  • Offers a combination of engineering properties characterized by excellent toughness, flexibility high melt point and resistance to many chemicals including disinfectants.
  • Exhibits good property retention after most sterilization methods.
  • Also exhibits acoustical barrier properties, chemical-, corrosion-, crack-, impact- and solvent resistance.
  • It is ductile, homopolymer and lubricated grade and is designed for healthcare applications such as surgical instruments.
  • HiDura™ MED AI1 NT0861 is suitable for processing by profile extrusion and injection molding.
