Vydyne® AVS1AF1 NT0840 by Ascend Performance Materials is a 50% glass fiber reinforced, heat-stabilized polyamide 66 (PA 66). It is used in applications including automotive mounts, brackets and suspension components.

It offers improved flow with a black surface finish and maintains the excellent resistance in chemicals, machine & motor oils, solvents, and gasoline.
It exhibits creep-, heat aging-, grease and fatigue resistance.
It provides good dimensional stability, good processability, good stiffness, good strength, high rigidity and high tensile strength.
Vydyne® AVS1AF1 NT0840 is suitable for processing by injection molding.
