Vydyne® R435H BK0757 by Ascend Performance Materials is an impact modified, lubricated, glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 (PA 66) with heat stabilization. It shows improved energy absorbing capabilities to reduce noise, vibration, harshness (NVH) and impact energy from crashes.

It offers balanced stiffness & toughness, good dimensional stability, tensile strength and rigidity.
It exhibits chemical-, gasoline-, solvent-, oil- and good heat resistance.
It is suitable for processing by injection molding.
It is designed to reinforce downgauged steel and aluminum used in vehicle body-in-white (BIW) structures, helping reduce weight without sacrificing efficiency, safety or comfort.
It is used in battery frames and housings applications.
