Vydyne® R515H

Vydyne® R515H by Ascend Performance Materials is a general purpose, heat stabilized, lubricated, polyamide 66 (PA 66) grade reinforced with 15% glass fiber. Offers good flow, good mold release, high rigidity, strength and excellent knit-line strength. Exhibits good chemical-, creep-, grease-, gasoline-, oil-, hydraulic fluid-, fatigue-, hydrolysis- and solvent resistance. Provides minimized oxidative degradation when exposed to elevated temperatures in service. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive clips, radiator end tanks, parts of the air-conditioning, petrol distribution system, under the hood, electrical connectors, housings, bobbins, industrial applications such as gears, bearing shells, covers and housings.
