Vydyne® R535HR BK0790 by Ascend Performance Materials is a laser markable, general purpose, organic heat-stabilized polyamide 66 (PA 66) grade reinforced with 35% glass. It can withstand long term exposure to coolants at temperatures upto 135°C.

It is lubricated and offers excellent resistance to fatigue, hydrolysis, chemical, solvents, gasoline, machine and motor oils.
It is suitable for processing by injection molding.
Vydyne® R535HR BK0790 is used in oil module & filer in powertrain and auxiliary coolant heaters for hybrid as well as electric vehicles in automotive applications.
