Vydyne® R550H

Vydyne® R550H by Ascend Performance Materials is a general-purpose, heat stabilized, lubricated polyamide 66 (PA 66) grade reinforced with 50% glass fiber. Exhibits superior surface appearance, good flow, high heat distortion temperature, better dimensional stability, good mold release, high rigidity and high strength. Provides fatigue-, hydrolysis-, creep-, chemicals-, gasoline-, hydraulic fluid- and solvent resistance. Designed to maximize the retention of physical properties when exposed to anti-freeze solutions at elevated temperatures and minimized oxidative degradation. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive clips, radiator endtanks, housings, parts of the air-conditioning, fuel distribution systems, electrical connectors, housings, bobbins, industrial applications such as gears, bearing shells, covers, housings, power/other tools.
